ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of Stewart’s Melville College Club (the FP Club) will be held at 7pm on Thursday 14 November 2024 at The Clubhouse.
The Agenda is:

3. Minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting.
4. Presidents Report
5. Treasurers Report and Financial Statement for the Year Ended 31st August 2024
6. Election of Office Bearers
7. Election of Council
8. Associated and Branch Club Reports
9. AOCB
The accounts to 31 August 2024 are attached and minutes and reports will be available at https://esmscommunity.org/?p=3543. Further copies on minutes and accounts will be circulated at the meeting.
